The internet says I am smarter than the average person, have a better perspective of the world and see situations more realistically because I've been diagnosed with Depression.

The internet also says I have high levels of empathy and am able to understand others pain and joy easier, that I understand things on a deeper level and that I have doubly strong levels of intuition accuracy than others because I have been diagnosed with Anxiety.

While I don't disagree with the statements, I find that the internet is an asshat for associating these traits with my mental state. Maybe I'm just awesome, but also a sad and anxious individual.

I made it to my bed. It feels so good.

And I think there's something wrong with me. I dunno. The plane was packed--every seat was filled except for my row. I was completely alone, which was awesome at first, but eventually I started to get self-conscious. Plus, I had kinda hoped I'd get a bigger person next to me so I could lean into them a bit and get some human contact for sleeping.

This happened to me once and unfortunately it was back before you could undo your like. Also, pretty sure that nowadays if you accidentally like a photo and unlike it quickly enough it won't alert the person that you liked it in the first place.

a few years ago, I was stalking one of my former students, and just for fun I clicked "Add to Friends," thinking it would ask me to confirm the request before it notified her. But it just immediately said "Friend request sent."

I cancelled the request as soon as I could figure out how, but she might have gotten the notification anyway, or she might have been online at that exact moment and seen the request appear and then instantly disappear.

Anyhow, I passed her in a hallway about a month later, and she pretended not to see me. But she might have done this regardless.
