but not all doctors are knights in shining armor as little doctor dramas lead us to believe. the phrase "be your own advocate" didn't come from nowhere. that goes pretty much in all areas of life, i guess, you can't completely depend on anyone but yourself, but i guess it is scarier when you are dealing with your LIFE in someone else's hands.
