i saw frost in places on my way to work one morning this past week. i had a new gas furnace and AC unit installed a couple weeks ago, but i don't actually have the gas service installed yet. thought i'd be in the clear in April, but here i sit with a 20 lb propane tank and heater in the middle of my living room.

There is something I would like to say.

I have lost 35 lbs and last time I measured my waist I have lost 9 inches in my waist.

My blood sugar is down to appropriate numbers (with medication).
My blood pressure and cholesterol are normal (without medication).

I'm running out of clothes that fit me.

This may get lost out there and no one may respond to it, but I just wanted to say it.

I've been doing a combo of cardio and stregth training.
I was running until I injured my si joint. So I've gone to walking and this week I'm going to do the elliptical. Next week I'm going to attempt running again.

That is if my foot feels better after I slipped and fell out of a hot tub Friday night.

I forgot that I am not longer in my early 20s and instead in my 30s. I dont drink nearly as much as I used to, so my tolerance is much lower.
So I got stupid drunk Friday night slipped as I was getting into a hot tub and landed on my head. But since I was stupid drunk I was able to get up and decided to still get in the hot tub where I proceeded to go limp. My husband was not happy with me.
