I play trivia semi-regularly at a few places around town and one thing that has bothered more and more lately are the teams that show up, order nothing but waters, and then leave immediately after trivia. I realize that it isnt a requirement that you drink or spend money to play but it just seems to defeat the purpose of having trivia and it certainly screws the waitstaff.

Are there any ways that you have seen in effect (or that you can come up with) that reward teams that are drinking?
