Fucking hell, the bullshit never seems to end. Who set up this online account for my savings account with this credit union? When was it set up? I know it sure as fuck wasn't me because none of the security questions have the correct answers and I setup my account with a completely different username the time before.

Why couldn't the damn bank employee just follow my simple instructions and delete any online login info for my account so I can re-enter everything correctly.
