Why is that when listening to a voice mail, replay message is not one of the options immediately after it ends? It annoys me to have to hit a button to get to a secondary menu before being able to replay message. You would think it would have the two most commonly used options right after instead of just one of them

The album I want to listen to won't stream smoothly, so I had to settle for something else while I drink my coffee and grade my students' "13 Ways of Looking at a _____" poems.

My stereo has a short, so frequently when singing at the top of my lungs all of the sound cuts out leaving me shouting like a crazy man in my empty room.

Me: My name is spelled wrong on this part of the order.
Her: Oh yeah look at that. Well we'll get you some new ones at a discounted rate.
Me: What do you mean discounted rate? I'm not the one that spelled my name wrong.
Her: But we have to print you new ones so we'll just charge you at a discounted rate.
Me: Or you can just refund me my money and I'll buy these announcements somewhere else.
Her: Okay well then I guess we can send you new ones at no charge.
