So I currently have 3 QB on my Roster.

Rodgers (hurt)
Big Ben
Carson Palmer

I am .5 games out of 1st in my division and that is my only shot to make the playoffs, so it is a must win. I noticed the only QB on my opponents roster is McCown. Should I drop either Big Ben or Palmer and pick up Cutler, forcing my opponent to use either of those or some other scrub QB? Cutler would probably also provide me with a better option going forward if Rogers sits out the rest of the season. thoughts?

I hate Cutler, so I'm biased. But objectively speaking, he's not going to play on Monday vs the Cowboys and the next game is against Haden and the Browns. Cutler's next chance at a decent fantasy performance is week 16 at Philly

keep Ben -- he's a legit top-7 fantasy QB this season and has decent matchups (until week 17 against the Browns)

I would go with Smith or Dalton at QB. The RB choice is tough, and I have the same issue. I would go with Gore and Jennings or Mendie.

My RB2 has been awful all year, but I'll still win the first round of the playoffs as long as Alshon scores a few points.. So who can I pick up? Daniel Thomas, Marcel Reese, Chris Ogbannaya or whatever, Jacquizz, mcgahee, Starks, etc.. I have Lamar miller and DMC if that matters, but I could probably use two spots if I need to.. I had a ridiculous weekend of fantasy. First round of playoffs, snow games are completely screwing me over till Lesean runs for those two TDs, our league gives a 4 point bonus for 40+ yd tds so they were both huge.

Coming into last night I was up 41 with Demarco against Mccowan and Marshall. I didnt think I was going to have a chance as the cowboys are awful and it turned out I was correct. The last TD toss to Bush tied the game. Opponent is 6-6 and won his division, I was 10-2 and got 2nd in mine, so he was technically the higher seed and would've won the tiebreaker. Thankfully the Cowboys decided to run Murray a few more times the final drive and won me the MU. Onto the finals.
