well explorer.exe has crashed 5 times already and i've had it installed less than an hour

pretty fucking ridiculous. now it's saying all the data on my external drive isn't there. i mean, i have some software that's recovering everything from it now..but wtf. this is the second time that has happened in vista

ha. vista is temperamental. It kinda seems like if it didn't come preinstalled on your computer, you better not even try it or all hell will break loose. I bought a new laptop last April and it had Vista Home Premium on it and thought I'd hate it but it actually hasn't been that bad. Pretty stable and haven't really had any random crashes.
