Fucking Wolf camera......

So they tell me they can fix my camera back in january for $140. I really like the camera so I go ahead with it. they give me the whole 6-8 weeks bs. Well at 8 weeks they send it back and I get a call to come pick it up. Ok great its back and fixed. I get it back home and charge the battery and try and turn it on. Nothing. I start looking at it and it still looks like the screen is busted... I call them and they tell me to bring it in to look at it. I go in and the guy tries it with a different battery to make sure it isnt that. Still not working so he looks at it and tells me well its still not working so we need to send it back bc thats what you paid for. Ok well the North Hills store is closing down so he asks where i want to go so i tell him crabtree so he calls that store and tells them im coming. I get there and the girl there looks at my paper work and then tells me it says they didn't repair it they determined it was beyond repair. So she calls her boss and he said give me a refund less $25 fee....

So basically I gave you my camera 2 and a half months ago and $140 dollars and you dont do shit but take $25 from me for NOTHING!?!??? Ridiculous

I don't know if it's the current policy, but I know this used to be how they would train us when we first started work there.....they told us on the first day "do whatever you can to piss off the customers"
