well, considering i have no real food for making a decent dinner i think that turned out pretty well, quasi-brinner, which i love

sauteed half a red pepper, crisped up some thinly chopped up turkey breast, 2 eggs plus another white, some provolone, SCRAMBLE ALL THAT SHIT TOGETHER with salt and pepper and some scotch bonnet hot sauce...
