I always just sat still in the woods where there were oaks or hickories and they'd start coming out after 15 minutes or so and then I'd shoot them in the head with a .22LR. Get a few at one spot and then move to another. It wasn't all that difficult.

Oh i figured it was a shotgun with birdshot or something

Do you ever shop at costco or sams club?

Some people use a shotgun, especially if they are hunting with squirrel dogs where the squirrel is more likely to be moving.

We make a Costco run almost every week.

do you think it is likely(higher than 50%) that you will move to another home? or are you in your forever home?

I would say >50% chance that I move to another home, but I really like where I live and the house itself, so I won't be disappointed if it ends up being my forever home. I do wish I had a larger shop with higher ceilings. The long term future of the municipality I live in is cloudy, also.

I can speak slowly and good enough to get through some basic interactions like restaurants and stores. I can't listen for shit unless the speaker slows way down.

I haven't been in one since elementary school, if that even counts. Some little trash kid from down the road was talking shit about me or my sister, I don't remember exactly. I won.

I follow NASCAR very closely. I don't let watching the events dictate my weekend, but I watch or listen live if I don't have anything else going on. Sometimes I attend races.

Michael Jordan is part owner of a 3-car team now. They sued NASCAR last year and won (settled out of court, but they got what they wanted). Then they won the Daytona 500 and the next two races this year. That's the first time a driver has won 3 straight to start the season. It was a big deal.

It's easy to make fun of NASCAR as a bunch of hicks driving in circles, but that's just as ignorant as saying soccer is a bunch of dudes chasing a ball around a field. There's a ton of stuff going on below the surface. Lots of engineering work and strategy goes into getting the best finish you can.

Did you know that your username spelled backwards is TarRvrEsuen?

And that "esuen" is a Yoruba expression that literally translates to "you have done something", it is used to acknowledge an action, often serving as a way to say "thank you" or to show appreciation for a gracious act?

Neuse River Rat's alter ego = Tar River Thank You

Bucee's beef jerky is pretty solid. Bohemian garlic if I had to choose one flavor. All the Simms stuff from Aldi is good, too. The zero sugar smoked sausages, the beef sausage snack sticks, and the slim jim knockoffs.

That Golden Island korean bbq pork jerky from Costco beats them all, though.

Ever had chomps? Their jalapeno stick on sale at costco here, unsure if regional or what. Only worth it when on sale though. If no sales, i like the sams jalapeno sticks they just came out with recently, $1/oz. Taste is good, nice spice...not as good macros as chomps though

Simms jalapeno sticks taste ok, but they look kinda gross, almost a gray. My neighbor phill likes the zero sugar jalapeno smoked sausages

I just checked. Unsure which club you use but did greensboro costco, and they are not on sale there. $19 for 12 is def not worth it. $15 at most. At least they are 1.15oz versus most that are 1oz

Anyways. What are some foods you totally eliminated after you lost all the weight?
