I hope that he and his mother are smart enough to understand that if the NBA comes back and says he is a potential late round pick, that it also means that he could fall out of the first round all together. It worried me about how going in the first round was so important to his mother. Makes me wonder if she'd push him to the draft if he was a potential later first rounder.

^^ she was quoted in an article (on PP, I think) that said she would like to see him in the top 20. it was not definitive that that was the cut off for him going pro, but it sounds like she wants him to be firmly in the first round if he is going to go pro.
