Evtimov's brother played at Carolina, and Ilian played his senior year of high school basketball in kernersville to get noticed by college scouts in the USA.

Atsur was entirely recruited via the internet and videos. Coach Hunter (or whoever recruited him) made a comment that the first time they saw him play live was when he showed up on campus.

first of all, he didn't average 5 minutes per game. he averaged 5 minutes per game in the games that he played in. in actuality he averaged 2.9 minutes per game that our team played.
