In order of hotness:

1. Lois

2. Chloe

3. Lana (but it's a close third)

PS: Oliver Queen travels in the same circles as Bruce Wayne, so that's one way Batman could make his debut. But I'd bet that the storyline will be more like Clark and/or the League go to check out rumors of a "giant bat" in Gotham--we'll see.

for sex, yeah any of the three would do

for a meaningful long-lasting thing, chloe is the only character who would do

Lois is hot and has a killer body, but I'm sick of the tough girl shit. Am I the only one who feels that way?

lana has a better face perhaps than chloe, but lana is too petite. chloe's character far outweighs any perceived advantage lana has in looks alone. of course, it's all moot cause none of these people are real.

Michael Rosenbaum (aka Lex Luthor) Leaving Smallville
Michael Rosenbaum Says Next Season Will Be His Last

I so agree....

So Lex leaving....well I am surprised they have already agreed and went ahead with 7th season...glad they did though, but yeah its about time to wrap it up completely. Not much else Clark can do without becoming the Caped Wonder...

you think its automatically going to be the last season because he is leaving? or do you think it is possible that they get a new guy to play him?

i couldn't imagine another actor playing his character. that would suck, so i imagine they'll wrap up the series after next season. there really isn't much more clark can do now except enter the Fortress and begin his training

I am thinking along the same lines....getting someone new to play Lex during a 8th or 9th season would seriously mess up what they got going. I am not saying this is the greatest show on TV, we all know thats not the deal, but what they do have going for them is holding them steady. Lex is one of the constants on the show...he delivers and portrays evil in such a charasmatic and balanced way, that I doubt anyone could fill Rosenbaum's shoes.

Also..he has done his HS thing, he well into his post-HS years, really not much else that can be accomplished by dragging the show out. I am glad the show lasted this long and will continue to watch, but he has to go to Fortress and train at some point....

i think that this turn of events will just makes them end the show next season with like, "im ready to begin" dadadaaaa. and then end it. if he were to stay or get someone else then they would prob be able to extend it to other stuff

If they do continue and bring in another ongoing villian, will it be worth it? Can "Clark" really keep meetin gand saving Smallville over and over again without the Cape? If anything they would have to bring the JL back and do several episodes eith them while bringing in other JLers.....but I think that is a bit too much for them...

Finish out strong...dedicate the last couple episodes to him training....and end with him in a cape and symbol on his chest....LOL ok-I took it too far

no.. i agree..

that's probably the best way they can end it, and they especially need to give the fans what they've been waiting for for 6-7 seasons

I agree also. If, after Smallville, WB took it to another level, it would be interesting to see how Clark/Superman would interact with Daily Planet people and subsequent encounters with Lex. Clark has spent so much time will all the main characters: Lois, Lex, Jimmy, that they would easily recognize him as Superman if they ever saw him. you can't convince me that giving CK glasses would throw anyone off.

Of course, the main reason for hiding his identity is so that the evil villains won't kidnap the hero's loved ones and tie them to railroad tracks, etc. Since Lex's character has a fair bit of integrity/chivalry, he could fully well know CK is superman, but choose not to capitalize on that fact as it would be beneath him. That might be a stretch though, now that we've seen Lex straight up lie to people with a serenely honest expression.

i don't get how in the movie Superman Returns, both Clark Kent and Superman come back at the same time after having gone missing for 5 years or so, and no one makes the connection... but as to the show, i don't see how clark could get away with it either unless people forget about him some when he goes back to the fortress for his training. i don't know about the comics, but in the first movie wasn't he in training for 12 years or so?

^ or the fact that while supes is in the hospital clark is missing/gone too. but thats one of the things about superman, of course everybody should be able to easily figure out that supes is clark but they just don't unless it is some sort of plot device

They simply cannot end the show without Clark and/or the League making contact with Batman or Wonder Woman--I would feel totally ripped off if they don't. Hell, I would like to see more Martian Manhunter--I think that's who the dark figure with the red eyes was on one of the episodes.

Good pick up, but honestly that was a well established point. And I agree I would lke to have more interaction with this character in the show.

As for Clark not being recognized and Superman...He has a hypnotic power that is suppose to keep those around him from making the connection that Clark is Superman.

When I was really gung-ho in comic books, I remember reading that he had "hypnotic" powers. It seems lame, and maybe they decided to let that explanation go...but that was a theory introduced and used for a while. Weak-yes, stupid-yes, but hey its comics...
