1993 Toyota Pickup for sale

22re engine, 2 wheel drive, standard cab, 215,000 miles, 5speed transmission.

The truck starts very quickly every time and has NEVER let me down. However, I'm selling it for something with cruise control because I do a lot of highway driving.

The truck gets about 28 or 29mpg on the highway. It passed NC inspection this month. This picture is old, there have been some changes:

1) the bed cover has been removed. It looked stupid.

2) the hubcaps have been removed. One fell off and I didn't want to get a replacement so I just took the rest of them off so they would match.

3) the guy that owned the car before me had a bunch of crap in the bed when he took this photo. That's why it looks like the rear suspension is drooping. It's fine.

Other stuff about the car:

1) It has no cruise control.
2) There's a small crack in the windsheild. whatever.
3) The heating and air conditioning work very well.
4) It has a CD player.
5) It has no leaks.
6) The bench seat is grey vinyl. It has a tear on the drivers side.
7) No power steering.

Price is $1300

If you have any questions, please PM me. Or call me at 919 609-0689

Also, the truck is in Cullowhee right now, but I come to raleigh occassionally.

~Steve

yup, they wanted 200 for the carbs. I can get em on ebay for around 100 or so, but local is always better The other stuff we just figured out yesterday/today and I talked to them before that.

Do yall think 200 for the carbs is too high?

Ragged, quit fucking up the classifieds thread. you've already been warned about it more than once in the past. if you want to flirt with 69, go do it somewhere else. there are plenty of other non serious threads for you to entertain us in with your mongoloid bullshit.

and i've already warned y'all once about this shit. this is the last fucking time i warn, i promise. -psi

ISWYDT. btw, ABS would have made more sense than PSI. Just saying...

Yeah, I've held on to them for a while now, and I don't know when they'll make it on the car. For the right price, I might as well let them go.

haha... Thanks underPSI I appreciate you.

BTW, anyone have any 944/951 parts laying around? I'm always checking the local craigs list. Figured I might ask here too.

Also, I'm interested in S2000 headlights (I primarily desire the projectors, however, I'd really like the entire housing). Let me know if you guys find anything. I haven't found an S2000 in the local salvage yards Also, with that said, is there any MAJOR difference between the AP1 and AP2 headlamp designs in terms of lighting effectiveness?

Also, if you've got a bunch of tools that you don't want that are still in good shape, let me know. I might be able to take them off your hands for you.

here for sale: 33x12.5x15 Hankook T34 Mud Terrains. No plugs or cuts. I bought these used earlier this year, but no longer need them. I never mounted them. I had never heard of these tires before, but I did find some info. I don't believe they were ever sold in the States, but were sold in Canada. They are a little dirty, but seem to be in great shape. I THINK they have ~50% tread, just from pics I was able to find online. $200. Will meet around Raleigh.
Thanks

wtb (will need to ship to 28655)

car jack and tire rods set for '04 silverado. If you have mounting brackets and tote bag, even better!

"tire rods" meaning the 3 rods you connect together and use to let down the spare tire.

^^ all calculators aside, those turbos are used on 5.9 L diesel trucks and a lot of 1.6-2.0 L 4 cylinders. it would probably be too big... the hotside is enormous for a half liter engine regardless of compression ratio. The compression ratio is a detonation issue, the small displacement of the motor is a spool issue.

Consider that the stock hotside on Quinn's 16G is 7 cm^2 for a 1.6L application and should get him around 300whp, maybe more maybe less. That HX turbo has a 14cm^2 turbine housing.

my mistake, i thought it said cc, dyslexia FTL

don't run a single turbo internally wastegated turbo on a v8 unless you weld the wastegate shut and go external. it will never control boost. and nobody runs T3 hotsides on v8's that big unless they are twins

[Edited on May 14, 2009 at 8:03 PM. Reason : small hotsides = risk of overboost. overboost on high compression motor = boom]

discontinued Greddy Type S blowoff valve with flange. flange is welded to Greddy 60mm OD (~2 1/8" ID) aluminum piping from a Greddy front mount intercooler kit. This BOV can be recirculated.

Asking $140 and I would prefer if somebody local picked it up. I just saw one with a flange and pipe on ebay going for over $180 so this is a solid deal.
