^2 I get addicted to anything that entertains me, really... I swear I had a ridiculous Sims addiction at one point in time, to the point of unhealthy.

However, that being said -- I've never been addicted to any form of drug, cigarettes, or alcohol.. I think part of me knows that I have a hard time stopping something once I do it all the time so maybe that has something to do with it (as far as cigs/alcohol goes.. drugs I just hate bc of personal reasons).

I'm not happy with it. I don't feel I'm a whale or anything but I know I got some love chub and I've never been "thin" by normal standards so I am focused on achieving that.. Mainly due to health reasons though -- it will help with my insulin control. So, in closing, if I lost 20-25 pounds I would be ecstatic

and I'm going to actually lose it this time

Right now I'm writing down everything I eat. I'm basically sticking to this plan my endrocrinologist helped map out.. It's not like I've ever really ate badly (aka ALL junk food, or even mostly junk food) I just have to continue keeping up with my work out schedule. I have to work twice as hard so sometimes I just get burned out and won't go to the gym for a few days then I get all discouraged and completely give up then only work out when I want to. I like working out though.. I think I just get in my mind that it's not as fun when I'm on a stupid diet.

So this time I'm trying to change it up a lot so I will keep thinking about it in a positive light. I'm also making my breakfast/lunch/dinner as much as possible so I have more control.

No, never. He was in support of me starting this whole new thing mainly because he could see that I was unhappy. I did tell him though that I want to know if I'm getting like ya know... TOO big. I made him promise he would tell me if he thought I was pushing obesity and looking really unhealthy.

oh, well it really doesn't hurt my feelings if people think I'm in the overweight category -- bc I know my BMI is technically. What I care about is if I look unhealthy.

What's funny is that even when I get down to the weight where I really will look thin, my Wii fit character will still look chubby bc it's technically still in the "overweight" category for my BMI
