im not sure what he had in mind but something like maintaining a cumulative 2.75 guarantees a free ride for that period

by the merits, you have achieved above average and thus would be rewarded
on the other hand if you're below 2.75 cumulative you didnt take advantage of the opportunity that you were given therefore on the merits you should not be rewarded

im not sold on any number but thats what the merits sounds like to me

shit. Why not just check to see if someone is breathing? Hell, the state of NC already gives a tremendous amount per student. The numbers I've seen for MBA/MAcc programs has been 30,000 dollars per student a year in subsidies from tax dollars.

Libraries should (once again) be FULL of educational information. Enough information that you can teach yourself ANYTHING and EVERYTHING if you have the motivation.

For 20 years, corporations have been copywriting "proprietary" information in the name of money, power, and greed. I wouldn't be able to learn how to fix an HVAC air condition by going to the library. I couldn't fix my 2012 car by going to the library. Basically, anything after 2000, any (VALUABLE) knowledge has been removed from library in order to FORCE us to buy into one of these overpriced and worthless colleges to learn 'the basics' of a given trade.

Free information needs to come back as soon as we defeat these corporations to get our free and prospering civilization going again.

b) that you couldn't pay for education if you're below average.

You should be able to work for a college education at minimum wage if it's possible to educate ALL the children, void of any discrimination, from grades kindergarten to 12 for FREE with tax money.

The idea that it costs $40,000 for 2 years of college, is preposterous .
