He gave out a random address thinking it was zimmerman's in an obvious attempt to have people cause harm to him and/or his property. Spike Lee should be charged with a crime. Now, due to his actions, an unrelated elderly couple is being threatened and had to evacuate their home. Where is the outrage about this?

It's so funny how black people are not willing to admit that it IS POSSIBLE that something did happened that warranted the shooting of Trayvon.

I'm willing to admit that Zimmerman could just be a piece of shit and basically shot the kid for no reason. It might have happened and it is possible.

When I first heard about this case, I was just as shocked as anyone

"Wow, some asshole shot this kid for no reason, thats really fucked up"

Based on what the media first reported.

But now, as it turns out, we are learning more about this case and it is ALSO POSSIBLE that it was a justified shooting.

I'm not saying it was, but at this point, both scenarios are a possibility.

I've have yet to come across one black person that is willing to even entertain the possibility that Zimmerman had just cause in shooting Trayvon.

Police report said that he had a busted nose, swollen lip and lacerations to the back of his head. Tough to make out his face, but he's not obviously not bleeding profusely. At the 50 second mark, the cop looks at the back of his head, presumably to observe the injury there.

Clearly, he wasn't fucked up to the point where he had to use deadly force. I think we already knew that, however. Negligent manslaughter charges (as recommended by police) were probably warranted. That said, maybe there is a reason the DA didn't want to take the case.

So it went from the shooter being a racist, to the police being racist, and now it's down to the DA being (possibly) racist. I guess we'll just have to wait for a response from the DA.

In my opinion, I do not think he is going to be arrested.

There is not enough crucial evidence to show that Trayvon did not start the altercation as Zimmerman is claiming.

As fucked up as it is, at this point since there is no evidence showing thats not what happened, they basically can't arrest him.

There are no witnesses or recordings during the most important time during this entire thing. The moment the altercation started.

You will eventually hear where one of the reporters says that in the police report Zimmerman claims that Trayvon was reaching for his gun, and that is why he shot him

Which is new to me. At this point, I know someone of us were only speculating that that could be one reason that Zimmerman might have shot him, now we know that he is actually claiming that.

So, if you are following someone for the purpose of gathering information like we know Zimmerman was doing in his 911 call, and you lose the person you are following, and they then attack you, start beating you, and then go for your gun and you shoot them to protect yourself, you are legally allowed to do so. If you can not understand that, then that is your own problem.
