Hondaguy, this is at LEAST the 3rd time my group has been separated. We've had times when some of the group was in row D, for example, and the rest of the group was in row F. And I know the two random people who sat in the "orange seats" were NOT part of our group originally. And I know that all of us claimed our tickets during the regular claim period, not on-demand.

i claimed tickets with a group leader this time. can I print them out from my account or from his account. because right now when I go to "Your Tickets", it shows that I requested a ticket with my group leader, but there's no active link to click in order to print the ticket out

you can print them out on your own. You have to claim your ticket first by going to request/claim tickets then clicking on the FSU link and follow the instructions. it'll give you the option of printing it then or you can just go to Your Tickets and print it there.

when I go to request/claim and click on the FSU link, it tells me there are no tickets available.

when I go to Your Tickets it says I have a ticket and a guest ticket with my group leader, but it won't allow me to print them off

well, either A) your group didn't win(check to see if other members of the group can get their tickets) or B) the ticket system is fucked up. I'm not having any problems getting mine so I don't know.

no, I realized you were talking about the FSU game, and not the UNCCH game

So, you said that it tells you that you have a ticket with your group leader....could you copy and paste exactly what it says (then I can tell if it's a software issue or just you didn't actually win tickets)

I'll try to find time today to help you fix it if it's a software issue

From my experience, that's the only thing that indicates your group didn't win - being told there are no more tickets available during the claim period.

Join me in the joys of trying to get a ticket on demand. I don't think I've won the lottery but once this year.

Just noticed something...does it do an attendance record for every game you requested a ticket to or every game you were allotted a ticket to? I'd never really looked before and noticed that it's in my tickets (FSU "No change") but I'm guessing I didn't win the lottery.

I think the criticism of the new ticketing system holds - more people really do request tickets. Sure, lots cancel or forget to claim, so you can usually pick one up on demand, but then you don't have the opportunity to sit in a group.

If you get a ticket and a guest ticket in on-demand, will you sit together? Is this even possible? Haven't done it yet.

TICKET SITE UPDATE

OK...seems that there was a glitch on a power grid that caused the server to shut down this weekend. There were random effects that have caused them to slowly restore the server today. It should be back up this afternoon, and the rest of the UNCCH tickets will be placed into accounts then
