ive lost 40 pounds from may-november by just working, working out and eating a little bit more intelligentlyno rocket science, no motivation necessaryjust...do it and make it fun i dont like doin the same thing more than 2 weeks in a row, so i just switch it up at randomand dont bother keeping track of what weights you do and what activities you do, to me its a waste of time and energy you know when youre doing somethin worthwhile[Edited on January 15, 2008 at 5:20 PM. i don't know what my body fat % is...i would imagine it's still pretty high because i'm pretty fluffy...but my BMI is solidly NOT in the fatass range anymorei would have to get down to about 116 in order to be underweight...and at 5'10" that shit ain't ever happening...unless I switch to crack

Body Mass Index is a semi-unreliable way but calipers are the real deal.
