how did PT go? my boss's husband talked to his nephew (who's in your class) and it sounded like yall had to do some crazy shit like drag a 150 lb bag

it was hard

and its a 150 lb person lol
we had a few people in our class that were of an appropriate weight.
we had to start in the car (buckled in, hands at 10 and 2)
PT instructor would tell us two street names that we would have to remember throughout the entire exercise
we got out of the car, ran 100 yards and then 100 yards back, open passenger door, drag person out and for 25 ft
run up and down a set of stairs 3 times
bust through a door w/ 50 lbs attached
20 push ups
20 sit ups
take out flashlight and crawl through a 50 ft culvert
20 push ups
20 sit ups
run back to the 100 yrd mark and back again
drag person that is standing outside of car 25 ft
repeat street names
time

all to be done in under 7 min 20 sec to pass at the end of BLET to get certified
i didnt finish today, have a long way to go, but i'll get there

then we did an obstacle course designed like the Department of Defense's, which was fun
but being such a shorty, it took some help to get over the 6 1/2 foot wall (lol)
then we repeated the course
and finally we had two team building exercises, one where we had to get our entire class over a 12 foot wall and once you were over, you couldn't help people up anymore
and then we had to all get on a see-saw like platform and make it balanced for 2 mins straight without it touching the ground

it was a good day
