I knew that about normal YouTube uploads, but I didn't know the intracacies of the linked COD and youtube accounts. Given that it produces a warning massage saying "This clip will overwrite the previously uploaded clip" I have erred on the side of caution in the past. It's especially sketchy since our videos are just hanging out somewhere for 12+ hours. But now that a kind sir explained it to me, in the future I shan't be waiting to rename clips before rendering another.

all you need to know is they take forever to render

and I can only imagine it will continue to take longer and longer, as more people buy the game and render clips

when Ernie first said how you can link them to youtube a few weeks back, they would render in 3-4 minutes and show up on youtube a few minutes afterwards

now it seems like its in the 12-18 hour range

i was the final death cam last night in a similar way...on Firing Range, some dude on the enemy team dropped a care package right outside the bathroom...I killed him in the bathroom then stole his care package which was an RC XD...right as I launch it, I get shot for the 75th kill of the TDM and it immediately explodes

So after you select 'render clip' and it plays through, what happens on the 'Uploading' dialogue? Because mine goes from 0% to completed immediately and I know that isn't true.

mine plays the video pretty quickly, then gives me like a 10 minute countdown for rendering, with percentages, and the countdown usually increases a little before it levels off

Got a couple vids up last night... The first is pretty funny. I catch a guy trying to use the high ground on Nuketown, stick him right in the back of the head with semtex, but before it explodes the guy panics and tries to jump out the window. Then he sees that my buddy Tater024 is below him, so he tries to jump back inside, and Tater tomahawks him in the face.

What's funny tho is that the hawk seems to go through his head and pick up the semtex, then the tomahawk/semtex continues to bounce around the room. weird stuff.

The second is a 10 scalp match I had on Firing Range which finishes with a pretty nice dolly cam following the tomahawk on its way to a longshot.

just tried to get a quick Gun Game before the State game...got on Nuketown...quit the game at about the 9th gun due to completely unplayable lag

also, it doesnt seem as if you can render more than one clip at a time :\

also, it looks like dweedle gets a free pass on my ballistic-knife-to-his-face at the end of the game last night...you disappear at the end...I guess cause its the final kill?

ok so i'm running the AK74u with grip and rapid fire. my kills have gone up pretty substantially, but i still die quite a bit too.

is there a reason that a SMG would have more damage than an assault rifle? seems pretty counter-intuitive, but the galil and famas suck by comparison in almost all the categories

with rapid fire, you're gonna get more shots per second...i run grip on the AK74u also, but I don't run rapid fire...too fast for me...i had to reload too often when i ran it...with the grip i can usually have enough ammo to take out two or three close enemies before i have to reload

I use the grip and extended mags on the a74u. Rapid fire and the grip nearly cancels each other out, at least thats how it feels to me but you can check the stats of the attachments on any good website. I figure with more lead to focus on target would be better.

Famas + dual mags + sleight of hand on everything

I can play really aggressively on medium-sized maps (which I tend to do) or lay back on larger maps

Famas in my opinion is the hands down the best all-around gun in the game. With the 74u I was losing too many long distance fights. Plus without rapid fire I feel like its fire rate is too slow. I reload way too often and running warlord on the 74u for grip + rapid fire left me with my pants down a lot.

Anyone else got tactical mask pro? I spent like a thousand hours last night trying to pick it up and I don't know the best way to go about it. I played demolition because I figured it would be easy to stun dudes sitting around the bomb sites. So far I've got all my concussion kills, half the nova gas kills and only one or two flashbangs.

I think rapid fire is too fast, but I guess its just because I'm used to using the grip only

any idea when the next update is coming? and they're gonna tweak Second Chance so that the person who puts them in Second Chance gets the kill, and the person who finishes him off gets the assist, right?

I might have to check out the MPL
