you know a couple of months ago I thought this coaching search might be like the panthers draft pick this year in that it's bad timing but now I think there are probably about half a dozen really good realistic candidates out there, so in conclusion there is absolutely no excuse for fucking this up

alright I'm redoing my list now that gillespie is out and I changed my mind some on the order

turgeon, brey, marshall, blaine taylor, smart in that order, again I'm pretty sure at least one of those guys would say yes and they would all be clear upgrades so I'm not really sure what's so hard here but I still worry this will get fucked up

Apparently Doug Gottlieb's dad, Bob, is a frequent guest on Swaim's radio show and he has very good connections through recruiting.
