I wouldn't disagree with this, but if Zimmerman had his gun out already, or in his hands, then this wouldn't necessarily be true.

If Zimmerman followed Martin while holding his gun, he wouldn't necessarily have the right to claim self defense.

It's simple, when someone is mixed they pick the race that suits the situation. Take Obama for example, he's black and white. If he shot the kid he'd be white but because he's the president he's black. In this case some people (media included) NEED very badly for this guy to be white.

I just saw an interview with Zimmerman's father on the news


His father says that Zimmerman said that Trayvon said "you're going to die tonight" as Trayvon was beating zimmerman.

You lost me at Nancy Grace. Of course he's going to back up the claims TM was just walking along when GZ jumped off his horse and shot him right in the back as he was rescuing a baby from drowning. This is not the exact scenario I had in my brain. It also doesn't fit with Zimmerman's story.

I also didn't realize, and i'm not sure if this is accurate, that that's Martin's dad's house. Because if they were that close to the incident, wouldn't they have known right away martin was dead rather than waiting until the morning??

Here's how it happened:

George Zimmerman was minding his own business when he saw Trayvon skulking around, plotting his next burglary. Zimmerman called the cops to warn them, and they told him not to pursue, but he knew better. He had to stop this obvious burglary in progress. I mean, come on guys, he was black. BLACK. When is the last time a black person hasn't been up to no good? Certainly not with this administration amirite?

So anyways, as Trayvon was breaking into a house, 120 yards from his father's fiancee's house, Zimmerman courageously brandished his gun, which he kept concealed so Trayvon wouldn't have known he had a gun. Then Zimmerman confronted Trayvon by turning back towards his truck, because Trayvon had disappeared into thin air. Then, Trayvon attacked Zimmerman from behind, striking the back of his head, which broke his nose. Next, Trayvon, with Zimmerman straddling over him, smashed Zimmerman's head into the concrete repeatedly, leaving no visible damage. Zimmerman's nose also healed because he is magic. Finally, Trayvon reached for Zimmerman's gun and began to wrestle it from him screaming "HELP!! HELP!! You're going to die now!" Zimmerman bravely shot Trayvon somehow, and the force of the gun blast flung Trayvon over onto his stomach and also launched Zimmerman up from the ground and on top of Trayvon because that is how gunshots work.

The police department conducted a thorough investigation, checking and double checking and triple checking and even checking again for an unheard of fourth time, but this story just made too much fucking sense. I mean, come on guys. There is no evidence to suggest Zimmerman's account of events is anything but the truth. What is the truth really? I mean, do you know that when I talk about the color blue that the two colors we see are even the same thing? Do you have any evidence to suggest that any of this is real? What if this is just a dream?

Maybe I've missed something here and there, but I'm confused.

Wasn't there a second caller who witnessed someone with a white t-shirt on top of another "person?" From what I can tell Zimmerman isn't wearing a white t-shirt.

This whole entire case has been blown completely out of proportion because he was a 17 year old black kid. The media has made this a disgusting racist mess, more racism from the other side. Obviously when the NAACP steps in to start their racist brigade of "Listen to what we have to tell our black sons" this has gone the wrong direction.

The first real issue here is as a private citizen, was Zimmerman out of his legal means to follow an unknown "juvenile" through his neighborhood. I'm going to go ahead and say NO, even if a dispatcher told him he shouldn't, it's not illegal.

The second issue, is finding out what actually happened that lead to the physical altercation. Was Zimmerman attempting to detain or place this kid under citizen's arrest? Did they start talking shit to each other and start fighting, or did Zimmerman just attempt to grab him? THIS IS GOING TO BE THE DECIDING FACTOR IN THIS ENTIRE CASE.

If Zimmerman tried to unconstitutionally detain the child then he will in turn be held accountable for all further actions (IE 1st or 2nd degree murder or the like).

If it turns out Zimmerman confronted this kid and the shit talking started and then the fight was on... It may be in turn that Zimmerman ended up in a situation where he was defending himself.



All I can say is, the media is full of SHIT. There is so much racist bullshit going on clouding everyone's judgement that this is disgusting. Wait for the court case and the actual evidence.
