Gott and our players were very complimentary of their team, so I expected them to say the same about us.

Our team has been great about not giving out any "bulletin board" material this season, being very complimentary of the teams we've played. Nothing wrong with it at all, but take everything with a grain of salt.

Very up and down year but overall a nice season with the NCAA tourny run.

we may get better, but many teams fsu, vt, pitt, cuse and miami will all get MUCH better. i dont really see us ever doing any better than this which is ok but not great.

Overall I am happy with this season. Turned out much better than I thought it would going into it. If Gottfried can keep everyone from transferring, crown him because man will be dangerous next season.

That being said, we are never going to win the ACCT or NCAAT as long as we have this inconsistency where no one knows which team is going to show up for any given game. Can't win a series of progressively more challenging games that way.

So we are down to 7 scholarship players next year assuming of course no one else bails... maybe we should have recruited a few more guys...

We missed (or likely will miss) on some big names. And I'm sure the staff would've had a better plan in place had they expected Lacey's departure. I don't disagree, we'll need to bring in another player or two at the last minute. Which isn't gonna be easy to do. But im sure the staff was in a tough position given they probably didn't expect Lacey to leave. And its hard to sell recruits on playing time when you're expecting to return almost your entire roster.

It remains to be seen what kind of contingency plan the staff has in place. We didn't have any commits, but there's still time to change that.
