not formally advertising any of them quite yet, nor have I decided exactly what prices I'll list them for, but I'll sell any or all of the following now:

1995 Ram 2500. V10, 4x4. 125k miles. Body has scratches, dents, and some rust. Mechanically good, except loose steering (replaced track bar and tie rod...my guess is that it needs a new pitman arm. Neither burns nor leaks any oil or anything else. Pulled nearly 9k lbs from NW Washington State to Morehead City, NC, and has never given me any problem (other than the loose steering, which it had when I bought it).



Tandem axle trailer. Wooden bed and removeable sides/gate. Hauled several tons on that same trip with the Ram. Has drums on both axles. Comes with ramps and a spare tire. Don't remember the measurements offhand...I do know that it was big enough to hold a C5 'Vette.



GP1300R Waverunner. Built motor, pretty much all the power and handling mods you'd want to do without getting totally ridiculous. It's fast, handles great, and is dead reliable and starts instantly every time. Man, I hate to sell this thing, but with my newfound visitation with my daughter and very likely new deployment schedule that will take up pretty much all of next riding season, it just doesn't make much sense to keep it.


Hell, I'll sell the S2000, too, for a decent offer. 90k miles, fresh clutch. It's a 7/10 car (good shape, and looks perfect from 20'. Up close, it has some little nicks in the door, driveway rash on the front bumper lip...cupholder lid doesn't stay closed...2 small (like couple of inches) tears in the soft top, unlock button on the key fob doesn't work, etc. My frugal side won out over my car snob side at least temporarily (also because I was tired of daily driving a 3/4 ton truck...I got a good deal on the Honda and figured that at the very least, it would do the trick for a while). I like the car and will be happy to keep it, but if somewhat will pay me a reasonable price for it, I'll sell it and spend a little more to buy a 9/10 example.

my sister rolled her 98 grand cherokee so its being parted out. Only things missing right now are the rear drive shaft and a few misc interior pieces. When they flipped it back upright they tried to start it and they think blew the head gasket (5.2L). It is 4x4 and has brand new tires on it. We will part it out or sell entire thing for $1000, it does roll and is located in burgaw.

Anyone got some dirt cheap/free 4x100 wheels? Steel, aluminum, whatever condition is fine. With roller tires would be great. Thinking of doing the "cash for clunkers" deal and I wanna pull my bottlecaps with good tires off the car first if I do.

199x oldsmobile cutlass cierra. 3.3 v6. supposedly ran fine before it was parked and the engine/transmission are low mileage rebuilds. odometer shows like 150-160k iirc. it was caught up in a divorce settlement for a few years. i put a new battery in it and it just clicks, i'm assuming a problem with the starter relay/solenoid or neutral safety switch. haven't bothered diagnosing anything. it will need at least one tire. others hold air. interior/exterior would be decent with a cleaning. asking $200 firm, otherwise i'll probably just scrap it. possible delivery within the raleigh area for cost of fuel.

I would also consider trading it (or any of this stuff) for an inexpensive stand-up jet ski + cash. I would also consider taking a partial trade for a 12-gauge shotgun, a heavy-barrelled target/varmint rifle (preferably a Savage), or maaaaybe an AR-15 of some sort (probably an M4 variant). Also might work a partial deal for a small-ish (like 20-28" or so) HD LCD television.

^^ haha, I'm thinking about it. After tomorrow, I won't get to ride it until mid-November (daughter coming to my house for a month, and after that, I'm going to Yuma, AZ for 6 weeks). Then I'll likely be deployed for 6 months again starting in the spring. I'm still hoping to get to ride it enough in the winter to make it worth keeping, though, hopefully including some track days (I just bought a new set of Alpinestars leathers about a month ago...haven't even worn them, yet!)

S2000 is now for sale.


Found out today that Cherry Point just enacted this stupid base-wide rule that if you get a ticket for 15+ over, even off base, they will suspend your base driving privileges for 90 days. Additionally, my CO is putting letters of reprimand in your file for speeding tickets.

I don't really care about getting tickets, and I can deal with the letter of reprimand, but I'd be kinda screwed if I couldn't drive to work...and if I can't speed, there's no point in having a sports car (and the other way to look at it is that I WILL speed my ass off if I have an S2000, and numerous tickets are a 100% inevitibility). I guess I'm back out of the business until I can either get stationed somewhere else, get out of the Marine Corps, or this policy blows over once they realize that it's fucking stupid and not practical to enforce.


but goddamn, I am going to buy the devil's own speedboat now.

and I might sell the SV650 and get something like another GSX-R 750, so as to avoid speeding tickets.
