Signed.
2000 Jeep Cherokee 4x2 with 118k miles.
It's green. And it's nothing special at all, it's a damn station wagon.
It's fun enough though, just wish I had one I'd consider taking offroad some point in my life. 10/26/2007 11:05:32 PM |

i like the harlan pictures, ive been wanting to go up there, but i have no trailer/tow rig.... so im not all that crazy about driving th eMJ up there
i know all the big name obstacles up there from seeing on the internet, but is there plenty of stuff to do with 33s and two lockers to make it worth the trip?(keeping in mind im not afraid to smash some shit) 10/29/2007 12:23:38 AM |

it's a pretty hard drive, especially towing. i don't see why you couldn't drive it though as long as you're prepared with critical spares/tools.
there's definitely plenty of challenging stuff to do up there with that setup. 10/29/2007 12:40:09 AM |

cool i would say i am pretty well prepared with spares, i have front and rear axle shafts, fronts have unit bearings(if for some reason i needed them?), complete steering setup, i've been hoping to spot another shortbed MJ in a junkyard so i can grab soem spare driveshafts, but i havent tried that hard yet honestly...
the only reason i would be iffy driving up there, is because as of now, ive only put about 20 or so miles on the truck, i have never registered it as it has been being built for a long time, so i would definitely put a few thousand on it first to evaluate the reliability of the 215k mile truck
also, i dont raelly want to go too far on that rattly ass BA/10, i hope to swap an aw4 at some point in the not so distant future
edit: also, it will be getting caged and sliders, possibly bumpers in december/january
