what this all boils down to in the end is picking the wrong software company...they have repeatedly underperformed...if at all

the majority (90% +) of the mistakes with teh system this year can be blamed on the software company---athletics and SG have had little control, and that's coming from someone who is in neither organizations

^^ exactly. The designers of that software fucking suck. Freshmen CSC students could have done as good a job as they are. And any decent place will have backup servers in case something goes wrong. There should also be a backup here on campus. Leaving it all in charge by someone no where near here is just asking for trouble.
