I'm pretty sure that TWW has NOT been threatened with a lawsuit.

If that had happened, CrazyJ would have been contacted, and he'd have either informed us mods or posted a warning himself.

Neither of those two things have happened.

Ah, it would have helped if he had informed the rest of us mods.

The fact that they contacted you and Beardawg61 rather than CrazyJ is probably indicative that they're bluffing. If you are really going to sue over something like this, you go to the site owner, not a moderator.

They didn't really "contact" me. I was the one they were after for posting information I shouldn't have.




Either way. We shouldn't post that stuff here. I fucked up by doing it, and there's no reason for T-Dub to get into trouble for posting the stuff they worked hard on. Beardawg basically saved my ass...and I got T-Dub into a lot of trouble

They can take Tdub to court, and they can cost this site extra money in legal fees.

Regardless, premium membership is a mixed bag.

On one hand you get information thats more reliable, on the other hand their information is 0/2 in this coaching debacle and I'm willing to venture a bet that they've been wrong on a lot of topics as well.

Basically, save your money.

Well, I know I felt bad becuase T-Dub was taking the heat for something I posted.


They were pissed about it, and they did threaten lawsuits. I do believe their articles and stuff over there is copywrighted (not sure).

Do I think they had a legit legal case? No idea... not a lawyer.

All I know is what i posted got them really pissed off a TWW more than at me (And they were pissed at me too), which kinda sucks for TWW. It's just not a good idea to post it around here and get them into any more (possibly legal) trouble

half the stuff was a compilation from various sites, such as the david glen blog on wral

WHICH IS A COPYRIGHT VIOLATION, due to the fact that they were profitting from someone elses material.

PackBacker posted an article written by James Henderson, editor of PackPride. They got pissed and I have no idea how much hell they put him through, but it sounds like it was a lot.

The articles are probably copywritten, but i doubt they could take legal action against t-dub. if anything they would probably have to target individual posters.

most of their insider articles have been pretty worthless anyway, i just joined this past week though. the one today was a joke.
