at first they bothered me a lot too, but i'm used to them now, and really its only that black chick. Anna Paquin has always talked like that, and really most other peoples sound pretty natural. I actually really like that dude who just proposed to the redhead chick's accent, he sounds exactly how i wish the gambit in the new wolverine film would sound, but probably won't

I read a little of this thread before I saw the latest episode. I read that quote and thought maybe there was a gay vampire named Milton. Much to my delight, it was Milton.

ok i started watching this shit on monday i think (episode 1) and i just finished episode 7 last night

i'll watch episode 8 tonight and then i'll be all caught up with the show and i can finally read this thread, haha.

we watch Dexter on sunday nights, so we won't be able to watch this when the new episodes air. does the episode go straight to On Demand or does it take a few days?

i was luke warm after the first 2 episodes, but finally started again and am through E04 - it really turned around after episode 3. I guess they got over some of the cheesey, intro-to-vampire stuff after the first couple shows.

(but the opening credits are still the best part )
