the only two non-physical characteristics you listed when you said why you married her were that she's educated and independent. it think it was just that what you said sounded a little shallow. we all know that physical attraction is important to a lot of people, but i guess there are some of us that would like to think that marriage and wanting to marry someone extends a little farther beyond physical attraction.

ok as far as the non-physical characteristics go. no one wants to marry a dummy and no one wants to marry some one needy. if anyone thinks the other sex wants either of the above they need to get a reality check. i know some people are willing to settle for some things but my wife and i were not willing to settle for anything. other wise we both would have married people we dated before.
