If he was 50 yds away from you when he shot, using a general rule of 1" spread/yard woud yield about a 1.4 yd diameter spread. Put all this together and the barrel of the gun was probably less than 1 degree from being aimed directly at you (in the top-down plane). If anybody has better shot spread data I could update this.

IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO GET THE MAKE/MODEL OF THE SHOTGUN, THE BBL LENGTH AND ANY INFORMATION CONCERNING THE TYPE OF CHOKE USED, IF ANY. No he hasn't appologized. Haven't talked to nor seen him. From what his g/f has said- He hasn't said but 2 words and hasn't left bed yet.

In regards to the charges its like this:

I am leaving for Galveston,TX TOMORROW to do relief work that pays almost 30k for 3 months worth of work and then a negotiable contract after. I have a FTA in Raleigh that needs to be dealt with and I am sure that this altercation is going to require time, court dates, etc... I know it is a terrible answer but this Texas thing is a big break for me, I have already secured an apartment, signed paper work for the job, etc... And I am worried that this situation is going to jeopordize my work/trip. I just want the shit over with and move on with life- Also worried about any charges on me in regards to the looks of him in that photo.
