In a war with Russia, we would shoot down any plane before it left their borders.

Tsar Bomba was a propaganda move, yes, but an effective one. They and every other major superpower also have more realistic MIRV warheads that can level a significant fraction of the area of any US state and can be deployed on an ICBM. As far as China and Russia are concerned, thousands of them. So, what's your point exactly?

They steal intellectual property from practically every major US company via foreign exchange students. They own most of our debt. They are importing resources that they also have the largest natural reserves of in the world, e.g. copper, steel, coal.
