I want to know how people say they have a hard time deciding what to spend money on. I can save and be frugal, but when i have some money to spend, i fucking spend it. I have about 3 hobbies which i really enjoy, and one is fairly expensive, two are moderately cheap. This means i have no problems spending money on those rare occasions that i have some to spend. Do you people have no hobbies?

I'd rather have it in the bank for a rainy day. I mean sure, I can spend that money (which came to me randomly) on clothes or books or movies or presents for other people. It's not that I don't have any hobbies, it's that I don't know what I'd like the most. Not to mention that I'm still looking for a full-time job and am therefore looking at stockpiling necessities (probably work clothes) more than I am looking to blow it on things I could buy later.

And soooooooo many other things. My sister has been begging for a Vera Bradley bag for years, and she's finally getting one for xmas, because my mom found a discontinued pattern that my sister had asked for for like $30. Were I my mother, I wouldn't have bought her the damn thing on principle.

I have been trying for quite some time to find a blog/news story I read some time ago. It's a profile of a woman who wastes something like 6-8K a month: clothes shopping all the time, weekly (or more) mani/pedi, paying to have her hair styled, botox, etc.
And then frets about putting food on the table.

Ive got you sluts topped. My step-grandma is the worst. She worked as a secretary and married some CEO (office sex I presume). So up until age 35 she was a normal person. Got texas, turned batshit crazy.
1) She refuses to wash her own hair. She believes the dirt from your hair gets washed down on your body. So she goes to get her hair styled 4x a week.
2) Personal shopper...even though shes unemployed and has been for 10+ years.
3) Shes obligated to pay my tuition bc of my grandpas will, but she gripes over paying the 'fees' included on the semesterly bill. Im not complaining one bit about hey payments, I just find it cheap that she has uber money and blows it so hard on herself, yet she bitches about 50 bucks on someone else.
