^ I listen to 99.9 during work. I felt that 99% of 3-5 today was stupid shit repeated over and over about this situation. It just means that it was an awful sports day, nothing else. I thought I didn't like the mike/mark combo, but this combo is way more ADD.

It's not a bad idea to have this dog. I think it's a really neat idea. I do just wish that this student guy didn't go on the radio. He was pretty clueless.

It would be ridiculously easy for our vet school to take care of a pack of Tamaskans. And there's a breeder in NC (elizabeth city). The only problem is availability. They're not farming the dogs, it takes time to get sufficient numbers.

My mom trained and handled dogs for like 12 years, showed probably 30 or so champions. She's a huge NC State fan, and if you end up wanting a true pack I bet she would be able to take care of and train at least one. PM me or something if you need some proof of good handlers to keep the idea going, she probably knows plenty in the area.

UGA at Georgia and Smokey at Tennessee are owned by families, not the respective university. An Auburn grad gave Sonny Seiler UGA I and word got to the football coach that Seiler had a white bulldog The coach said the team needed a mascot and that started the UGA line at Georgia. Most mascot lines with exception of the big animals that are mascots (i.e. Mike the Tiger at LSU) are cared for by families who basically get really good perks out of taking care of the animals.
