stick with the guy - i see him as either an Ocain or a Sheriden in the long run

fire him and risk becoming a SC (Spurrier) and getting a coach who is a middle of the road big name like butch davis. upside is that we pull a GT or CU and get a home run replacement.

sometimes some fresh blood is a good catalyst to a dying program!
