you've contradicted yourself in that we dont WANT to have to bomb it 40 yds to get ahead. we want to be run 1st and have a game manager/WCO QB. As it is now we have a QB that ruins our leads which means less rush/more pass/MORE mistakes.

do you know what contradict means? i never said shit about having a ball control offense. in fact I like the idea of crushing the ball down throats of teams with deangelo and stewart then running play action for a deep pass to smith. the problem is you need a QB who's at least halfway competent to do that, not joke delhomme

now a ball control offense might actually work because Deangelo is that ****ing good, but it doesnt change the fact that the offense is drawn up the way it is and you cant just change that shit in the middle of the season to sign jeff garcia
