I'd have said "1984," but they yanked it a week ago.

i just watched the life of david gale (with kevin spacey and laura linny and kate winslet)

i never even HEARD of it...it came out in 2003...so perhaps i heard and just forgot about it. cause it wasn't that good. i mean it was entertaining enough to sit through but it was really preachy and i never really felt like the characters were developed enough for me to care.

anyway...worth watching if you are bored i guess. but don't read a synopsis beforehand cause once i read it i had an idea of what was going to happen in my mind and it is exactly what happened! although i'm sure once you're a little into the movie you can guess, too.

You weren't a fan?

I was working at the video store when this came out, so I watched it right away just because I love all 3 of those actors. I thought it was a great story, and really enjoyed the movie. Sorry you didn't like it boo.

i mean it was definitely entertaining so like i could totally sit through it and i'm glad i watched it.

but i felt like it was a little preachy. and a little predictable.

i've also gotten really cynical since i've been in law school so maybe if i had watched it BEFORE taking all these stupid ass classes i would like it more haha.

haha i read the synopsis on netflix and like 30 mins into the movie i knew what was going to happen. whenever the gov. said in that debate "if there is ONE innocent person executed i'll sign a moratorium" or whatever

lolz. i don't know how i knew i just knew then what was going to happen.

Today on instant, I watched The Girl Next Door (2005), Stuck (2007), and I'm currently watching Nine Dead (2009), starring the adorable Melissa Joan Hart. TGND was pretty fucked up but good.

I would like to add that i just finished Nine Dead and shit was so bad it as funny. The ended had me rolling.

[Edited on April 21, 2010 at 5:03 PM. Reason : watch it... its quality.]

i'm deciding between:

the firm - tom cruise, duh, never seen it though
breakdown - about a car that breaks down and some dude lets his wife go with a trucker to get help but then she gets lost
my left foot - about this person that was misdiagnosed as mentally handicapped for 10 years when really they had cerebral palsy
lord, save us from your followers - about religion

WHICH ONE SHOULD I WATCH, TWW?
