Screw just going after the current UNC players....I hope they investigate recruits and question the kid that went to Tennessee and said Blake tried to pay him.

That's great if Marvin & Co get kicked off the team, but I want the death hammer to fall on UNC. That means no plausible deniability....lets get it all out on the table. Recruiting, agents, John Blake's practices, Austin's titties, etc

I'm afraid it'll turn out to be "A few players screwed up" as opposed to "UNC's program is so dirty it makes Tarkanian look like a saint"

One of the best posts I've ever seen on Packpride was when oldtrenchfighter (Hilarious poster, if you're not familiar) actually did some research on the Helms Foundation. All of what he found & posted was factual information...he had it cited with links.

Funny stuff. Of course he posted teh obvious info, such that the 1924 "championship" wasn't awarded until 1940, when the Helms Foundation was formed and the posthumously awared up to 1900. It also talked about how Butler won the only AAU sponsored tournament that year and also claims a more 'recognized' national championship.

The best part was he found that it appears the selection committee of the Helms Foundation was one man.... the founder and CEO of the Helms Foundation who was an executive at the Helms Bakery in Los Angeles. The guy had never coached or played basketball on any meaningful level in his life....but he did co-own a bakery!

I can't remember all that was posted, but it was pretty dang funny both in the info he found and the fact that he presented it as only otf can
