^Nope, but that is a typical girl comment.

Fake tits, when done correctly, look a lot better than most real tits, and don't fall victim to gravity. As far as feel goes, if the implant is under the muscle and the girl had any kind of breasts before the augmentation, you can barely tell they are there.

^While they can look better, there are plenty of real tits out there that look incredible without the aid of plastic surgery that would NOT benefit from implants.
