^ I would be too if I almost killed a guy with a foul ball. Halfway through spring training and I'm pretty impressed so far. No major injuries, the starting pitching has been solid for the most part, mclouth is actually looking like a halfway decent player, and chipper's knee is holding up. hopefully kimbrell puts his rough outings behind him and gets momentum into the season as the shut down closer we hope he can be, although we have venters as security. pretty excited for the season to start, not gonna lie

That sucks. I got hit in the eye with a baseball when I was in High School. I was afraid that I would never be able to see out of that eye again because I temporarily went blind. Turns out it was the blood in my iris that blocked my view. Luckily I still have 20/20 vision but now that pupil is larger than the other.

So Beachy won the #5 spot over Minor. Probably the best thing so Minor can get his confidence back after sucking dick at the end of last year. Schaefer got sent to triple-A too. He has been horrible this spring. Hopefully he get back on the HGH. It is worth the risk because otherwise he flounder in minors for a few seasons and then be out of baseball.
