my husband and I did an international relationship for 3 years. we've now been married for 2 years. It was hard, but worth it, because we both had different things we had to work on in the short term. in the long term we made our plans come together, and now we are together.

whatever, it costs as much to fly to montreal as to london. not to mention at some point in time when our visas had expired we couldn't meet in the US or in Canada.

These people are talking about a 5 hour drive. they should find a cheap hotel in the middle and split the gas money every two weeks. if you don't have enough money for that, get a second job and then you won't have time to get distracted by opposite sex either.

I tend to feel bad for people who get together as teenagers and get married. That's what my parents did and they spent most of my childhood fighting with each other. It wasn't until the last 5 years or so they finally mellowed out. My sister and I were convinced they would get divorced. I guess they still have time
