I was stalked for a while by a guy I met through a game for a time, but that was mostly him trying to cyber with me (not kidding, it wasn't like a bot saying hey look at my pics, it was him talking about doing shit that was a little terrifying), but he got blocked on facebook pretty immediately. He did like creating new screen names to send me messages over AIM though, that kept up for about 2 months.
The second guy I was able to get to leave me alone, he's still stalking a friend of mine by using his old roommate to find out when she's at work and trying to figure out what she changed her phone number to.

Also, you should definitely call her number and just see what happens, I don't know. I swear it's better than just not doing anything. It seems like you've moved past the horror-thriller victim stage and can confront it, so why not call her or even send her a letter? Send a packet of all the info you have about her falsities and send it to her in the mail.
