Let me try to recreate the case he wants us to believe...

- His ex-wife threatened to take the kids and then attacked his new girlfriend. Of course he was out of the room at this time so he's not in any way guilty.
- New girlfriend is getting her ass whooped...Dragged around the living room by the hair! She throws an elbow to the neck and her attacker crumples to the floor. He is, of course, not involved in this fight that lead to the death of his ex-wife.
- In approximately one minute the ex-wife dies from her neck injuries. Must have elbowed the fuck out of an artery! In any case, he didn't touch her or have anything to do with her actual death.
- He planned to call the police, but he panicked! He was traumatized and stunned. It seemed surreal.
- So here he was, a black man in an apartment with a dead white lady who's been suing him. His wife's story didn't seem strong enough to compel someone to believe that there wasn't foul play involving him. What could he do?

Well of course he would chop her body up, load the parts into coolers, and drive to Texas to dispose of them. That's all. It's a shame that all of the evidence about this alleged fight was mistakenly destroyed, but all he did was make a few bad decisions after the fact. Clearly the state has failed this guy.
