How did NFL hide the research? I didn't know NFL conducted medical research. I find this one strange. I have never read any research on repeated head bumping and concussions, but even I can surmise that if I were worried about being in a career that involved repeated head bumping that it might lead to later long term brain/behavior problems, and my employer was like "nah nah dont worry nothing will happen long term", that my employer was talking out of his ass.

In this day and age who can think that playing a violent game like that would NOT be bad for your brain in the long term? And anyway, hasn't this conclusion been known from boxing for a couple of decades now?

totally anecdotal, but a friend of mine teaches high school Spanish, and the school she works at has a policy that allows students to re-take any test they want, regardless of grade. and they are allowed to re-take the test as many times as they'd like
