in the grand scheme of things, going without food for 5 days won't hurt you

going without water for that long can certainly be deadly under the right circumstances

Just wrap a garbage bag around their heads for 1 minute per day that the guy was locked up. I heard about a guy who held his breath for over 19 minutes under water, so they're pussies if they bitch about it.

^ I've done it when I was younger to cut weight for wrestling. Now I can realize how unhealthy it was and I know that my 33 year old body wouldn't fare as well as my 16 year old body did. If that guy had a medical condition such as diabetes they would have found a corpse.
