even I missed it the first time but he did try to gain control of the dog it is so fuckin clear. then the dog definitely lunged.

well see the difference between those asking for a legitimate investigation into the incident and those that just want to see a cop get fired because hes a cop

because when this investigation concludes no wrong doing the moronics will still scream for the cop's head

I do pretty illegal shit on the reg. Jaywalking etc. I pretty much never interract with cops. If this isn't the case for you then you're doing life wrong
