I'm lazy...someone post pictures.

I bet Paul could pull the best non-celebrity ass. He was too shitty of an actor to pull A-list tail...but his good looks (and enough money) means he probably crushed the un-famous.

I couldn't tolerate a 16 year old when I was 18. How does a 40 year old do it.

40 year old, crushing 20 year old pussy.

Gave away money, and his time

drove fast cars.

He really lived a terrible life. Gets remembered in his peak, as a great guy...instead of some douche bag old guy shitting on ourselves.

We should be so lucky to do one of those things.

"Paul Walker autopsy reveals the Porsche Carrera GT was traveling 100+ mph when it lost control

Body was so badly burned that visual identification was impossible

According to autopsy reports, the accident that killed Paul Walker was so severe that he suffered multiple fractures and other traumatic injuries. The grim report goes on to say his body was so badly burned that visual identification was impossible.

Driver Roger Rodas suffered a similar fate as he received multiple head injuries and a fractured skull that left his brain exposed.

The report concludes the Porsche Carrera GT was traveling more than 100 mph (161 km/h) when Rodas lost control and crashed into a pole and several trees. The car continued spinning after the initial impact and then struck another tree before bursting into flames."

Surprised he didnt own any true modern exotics like Lambos, Ferraris, Bentleys, the cars that Hollywood actors typically buy. Well maybe he did, but the article says the 30 cars include BMWs, Audis, lots of Mustangs, and a few Porsches, and in the pics you can see Skylines as well.

Daughter is suing porsche for installing cheating software that lowered emissions during emissions tests several design flaws and for not installing PSM in Carrera GTs.

http://www.tmz.com/2015/09/28/paul-walker-daughter-meadow-sues-porsche-burned-alive-defect/

Quote :
"Paul Walker survived the impact of the crash that took his life but suffered horrifically as he was burned alive ... this according to a wrongful death lawsuit his daughter has filed against Porsche.

According to the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- lawyers for 16-year-old Meadow Walker claim when the Porsche Carrera GT crashed and broke apart, Paul's seat belt "snapped Walker's torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis," and trapping him in the passenger seat.

The suit claims the fire didn't erupt for 1 minute and 20 seconds after impact, but Paul was helplessly trapped. When the fire broke out, Paul was still alive. The suit alleges, "Paul Walker breathed soot into his trachea while the Porsche Carrera GT burned."

Law enforcement said the cause of the crash was speeding -- 80 to 93 MPH -- at the hands of driver Roger Rodas. But the lawsuit says Rodas was only going between 63 and 71 MPH when it careened out of control. And the suit alleges the car would never have careened if it had a proper stabilization system.

Meadow's lawyers claim Porsche knew the Carrera GT had "a history of instability and control issues."

Meadow's lawyers say the defect could have been corrected with a Porsche Stability Management System (PSM), which prevents swerving. They say the company intentionally decided not to install PSMs in the Carrera GT, even though it was standard in many other models.

The suit raises other issues with the car, including claims there were deficient side door reinforcements and fuel lines that did not adequately protect the car from erupting in flames.

Meadow's lawyer, Jeff Milam, tells TMZ, "The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn't belong on the street. And we shouldn't be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas."

The wrongful death lawsuit does not put a figure on damages."

Maybe Paul shouldn't have been driving 100. Hopefully a judge throws this out or every car manufacturer is going to be sued every time someone dies unless they wrap the driver in bubble wrap, auto summons EMS, and has a robot pop out of the trunck to perform an auto fibrillation on a heartbeat-less passenger after a crash

Thanks for opening that can of worms. Expect all cars to be required by the NTSB to have a flame-proof robot defibrilator on board by 2025.

I hope Porsche takes that bullshit to court instead of settling quietly, and I hope they win and get awarded legal fees.

I hope so too, but they'll probably just settle out of court to keep publicity at a minimum.

Hey, anyone know if James Dean has any grand kids? Maybe they can sue Porsche too

Paul Walker's daughter wins $10.1 million settlement

Quote :
"Paul Walker's daughter, Meadow, has been awarded more than $10.1 million in a settlement over his death in a car crash in 2013.

On Saturday, TMZ reported Walker's only daughter had received a settlement in 2014 from the estate of Roger Rodas, a friend of her father's and the driver of the car at the time of the accident. The settlement has only been made public now.

Rodas was also killed in the crash, when the Porsche Carrera GT they were traveling in crashed into a tree and burst into flames in Santa Clarita, California, on Dec. 1, 2013.

Jeff Milam, the lawyer for 17-year-old Meadow, said the settlement of $10.1 million was due to Rodas being partly responsible for the crash. Court papers state, according to the entertainment site, this was even though Rodas was "not directing the car through any particularly unsafe maneuvers when it went out of control."

In a statement Mashable, Milam said the settlement only covers a small part of what Walker, 40, would have earned as a movie star during his life. At the time of his death, Walker was filming the seventh installment of the Fast and Furious franchise, Furious 7, which is one of the highest grossing movies in history, bringing in $1.5 billion globally.

"The amount paid by the estate of Roger Rodas into a trust for Meadow Walker only covers a fraction of what her father would have earned as an international movie star had his life not tragically been cut short," the statement read.

Milam also made it clear that Meadow would continue pursuing Porsche in a wrongful death lawsuit against the carmaker which she launched last September. Milam said he intends to prove the car was defective and led to Walker's death.

"Through his estate, Mr. Rodas, the driver of the car, took partial responsibility for the crash. Meadow's lawsuit against Porsche AG — a $13 billion corporation — intends to hold the company responsibly for producing a vehicle that was defective and caused Paul Walker's death," the statement added.
