id like to catch flounder, i've tried the gulp on a bucktail for hours with no luck the last time i went

every swinging dick around Snow's Cut is flounder fishing

if you're fishing bucktails and soft plastics for flounder, make sure you're staying in touch with the bottom

hard to beat live bait. you can buy mud minnows or catch them in a trap. throw a cast net for some finger mullet. fish them on a carolina rig with however much weight you need to keep it on the bottom. just drift with the current and let it drag the bottom.

we've started fishing around Falls Lake, nothing special just bank fishing, and have caught just small bass and catfish. I've hooked bigger fish twice but they got away

pulled a fella up the Ebenezer boat ramp on Jordan today. bottom of the ramp underwater was covered in sand and his 2wd pickup couldn't get enough traction on the wet ramp to pull the boat & trailer up the ramp as the trailer tires were dragging through the sand. strapped up the wrangler to his truck and drug it right up the hill.

struck out on fishing myself today though.
