Remember guys, the story we are supposed to believe today is that this perp, whose limp body was shackled and dragged into a police wagon, crushed his own voicebox and severed his own spine just to make it look like the police abused him.

I mean the police have told the truth about EVERYTHING so far, so I have no reason to question this new evidence. They did arrest him without force or an incident. It says so in the official report they filed. Cameras tell 1000 lies, cops tell the truth.

Quote :
""We disagree with any implication that Freddie Gray severed his own spinal cord," Downs said. "We question the accuracy of the police reports we’ve seen thus far, including the police report that says Mr. Gray was arrested without force or incident.""

Quote :
"The initial shock of the report quickly transitioned to uncertainty and skepticism after questions were raised over the details. WBAL's Jayne Miller told MSNBC that the Post’s story was “inconsistent with what we reported.”

“We have reported for some time that by the time that prisoner is loaded into that van, Freddie Gray was unresponsive. Secondly we have no medical evidence that Freddie Gray suffered any injury that would indicate that"

in the second cell phone video, you can see him standing up and turning his head back to look at his buddy holding the phone before getting in the van. He even speaks to the guy holding the camera. He probably appeared limp when he was being carried to the van because he wanted to force the cops to carry him. If Freddie ran from the cops, then why do them any favors getting in the van on his own?

If he was kicking and bouncing around in the back of the van like the other witness said, the driver could have intentionally slammed on the brakes and threw Freddie into the wall or bench. With hands handcuffed behind his back and no way to catch himself, I could easily flying headfirst into the bench or cab cage and causing the injuries he sustained.

I think there have been a few here that have already stated that Mr. Gray should not have run from a basic police stop. Typically, running from cops indicate something larger is at hand, as far as if you're hiding something. I'm not saying someone should die because they made the decision to run, Mr. Gray should be alive and be able to speak to why he ran. Running from the cops, the last time I checked, was not a capitol offense.

I have no doubt that they are setting up the narrative that he did this to himself and no cops get charged. Seems pretty obvious with the targeted leaks.

I feel bad for the good people of Baltimore because if this happens this will make the LA riots look like child's play.

The smart looters are already drawing up a looting plan with backup contingencies.

Priortiy #
#1 Pharmacies with Pills
#2 Check Cashing Stores with Shitty Portable ATMs
#3 Liquor Stores

Allow novice looters to burn cars and steal beer, wine, & household goods while professional looters discreetly robbing the items listed above.

Says a preliminary autopsy suggest Freddie Grays head was slammed in the back of the police van. That a bolt in the van matches an injury on his head, and they think that is what broke his neck.

Case closed, he killed himself when he slammed his own head into the van in an attempt to frame the cops, in hopes of getting a check....

The police have already said he wasnt buckled in because they didnt want to reach across him.... that though his hands are bound behind his back, he still has teeth and saliva he can use.

They beat him to death in the back of that van, thats the only conclusion that works. And they are releasing too many lies. Somebody is gonna hang for this, or Baltimore will burn.

Leaking out lies is not buying them any public sympathy.

At this point there are pretty much only two conclusions we can come to:

1) The cops beat the shit out of this guy in the back of the van, ultimately leading to his death

2) The van driver made some erratic moves, and since he wasn't buckled in and was handcuffed, he hit the wall/floor at just the right angle to do the damage that was done.

Regardless, he should have been buckled in, he should have gotten medical attention when he asked for it, and the driver shouldn't have been texting while driving. Ok I made that last one up.

The third and most obvious (to me) is that its all bullshit and he was actually severely injured before getting in the van. It seemed pretty obvious he wasn't faking it. Was it fatal? Who knows..

He was obviously fucked up when he went into the van.

Quote :
"the first to put leg irons on Gray, the second "to deal with Mr. Gray" (an incident, he said, that remained under investigation) and the third to pick up a prisoner in an unrelated matter.

The new stop, which "was discovered from a privately owned camera," Davis said Thursday, came between the first and second stops."

"Privately owned camera"???

And how did they "deal" with Mr. Gray if they were too scared to put his seat belt on?

Even THIS is bullshit. From what I've heard, this wasn't even a "basic police stop." The po-po were just walking along, made eye contact with him, and he ran. Why in the hell did the officers feel the need to pursue him? Why didn't they just laugh it off. It's one thing if they are called out for some disturbance or report of actual crime, but that's not what happened in this case. Why was it necessary to escalate this at all? Dude's first instinct when he saw cops was to run away (which is telling in its own right). As in, he is fucking AFRAID of cops. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't his first joyride to the police station without a seatbelt. Shit like THIS is the problem, where cops needlessly escalate things, and then you get herpaderps that come along and say "well, gee, he shouldn't have run, herp derp derp."

Quote :
"“I am Donta Allen. I am the one who was in the van with Freddie Gray,” Allen said.
The one who the police commissioner calls the second prisoner in the van.
“The second prisoner who was picked up said that he didn’t see any harm done to Freddie at all,” Commissioner Anthony Batts said. “What he has said is that he heard Freddie thrashing about.”
But Allen wants to set something straight.
“All I did was go straight to the station, but I heard a little banging like he was banging his head,” he said.
He tells WJZ he’s angry about an internal police report published in The Washington Post.
“And they trying to make it seem like I told them that, I made it like Freddie Gray did that to hisself (sic),” Allen said. “Why the [expletive] would he do that to hisself (sic)?”
Allen was in the van because he allegedly stole a cigarette from a store on North Avenue.
He was never charged. Instead he was brought straight to the station.
“I talked to homicide. I told homicide the same story.” Allen said.
A story he says is being distorted and now he fears being killed."

Is it a capitol offense? And even that is bullshit. There was no need to escalate, even if there's "reasonable suspicion." Did they observe him actually doing anything wrong? Absolutely not. You are confusing "they can legally gather evidence in this situation" with "they should actually pursue someone in this situation."

Quote :
"its possible they knew him / recognized him considering all his priors

As I said, even if they recognized him, it's still no reason to chase him down. The fact that people run at the mere sight of a cop in Baltimore should tell you all you need to know about how the police in Baltimore are treating people. And, yes, the "weapons charge" was bullshit. Dude had a pocketknife, IIRC, and a legal one at that.

^^^ I saw his interview. He was very passionate that what he said did not match with what was leaked. Kind of crazy, but not unexpected, that the PD can influence public opinion so much just by incomplete leaks.

As I said, shit like this is going to turn large parts of Balt to rubble if his death is ruled a tragic accident or self-inflicted.

Freddie Gray may have been banging on the interior of the van with his fists for help. To get attention. To get medical attention.

To even put forth the notion that he was banging his own head against the van is ridiculous.

kind of hard to bang your fists on the van when they're handcuffed behind you.

I'm getting really tired of hearing this "he asked for medical attention and didn't receive it" line. He asked for an inhaler because he was an asthmatic that ran from the police. He wasn't complaining of neck pain. The media has twisted the shit out of this case to be about the arrest and not about why he got dragged around town for 40 minutes with multiple stops en route to a police station 5 minutes away.

I watched Hannity's coverage of this last night, and holy shit, it was ridiculous. Reporters kept asking morons in the crowd "but don't ALL lives matter? why just black lives" over and over and over. Geraldo was instigating the crowd trying to get his own nose broken (again). And reporter after reporter kept asking protesters/community leader "what's going to happen when the autopsy shows that his wounds were self-inflicted?"

Theres 0% chance the autopsy can say these are self inflicted injuries. It'll say he died from his head striking xyz, and the cops will use the doubt they've planted with the leaks to say it happened when he was supposedly beating his head against the wall.

Has anyone seen a valid reason for not taking him straight to station after he was loaded into the van initially. He was arrested what 4 blocks or so from the station (straight). They took him on a 40 minute joy ride, back passed his arrest location and then to the station.

I also saw MSNBC interview the guy they supposedly arrested and put in the van with gray who supposedly stated that he was banging his head... It was about a five minute interview of the guy ranting and raving, and he was obviously bat-shit crazy, making little to no sense, and constantly contradicting himself.
